Life is full of little (and big) injustices. We're all pretty aware of the big ones: capitalism, climate change, and pineapple on pizza. But it's the little ones that really end of grinding our gears on a regular basis. These injustices range from spending more time at work than sleeping and having time for oneself, commuting, being right about how your friend's boyfriend is a scumbag - and having to resist the urge to say "I told you so." It's… a lot. 

It's easy to take out your anger in unhealthy ways like drinking an entire bottle of wine after work, or staying up until 2 am to "get your time back." I'm guilty of both. But healthy people channel that energy into, well, healthier things like journaling or yoga. I'm here to tell you that there's something that's in between those options.
