Something tells me this is not what HR was hoping for. This thread was posted to Reddit by u/Landid218, who works in their company's IT department. Now, we've all worked at those companies that spend so much energy sending out surveys for everyone to fill out and making it look like efforts have been made to keep workers happy.
Unfortunately, the reality of the situation truly comes down to what this Redditor decided to say in his most recent survey response. When asked what would make him feel more valued, he responded, "More money." When asked what he would change about the job, he simply said, "More money." And when asked if he had any additional feedback to give, instead of saying "More money" yet again, he wrote, "I can't afford an apartment." We call that honesty.
