Journalist Adopts Doggo That Won't Stop Hugging Him When He Goes To Visit The Animal Shelter He's Writing About In Heartwarming "I Choose You" Video (Pictures & Video)

There's nothing like the endless love of a doggo. They're always happy to see you, love being around you, and sometimes just flop on you in order to try to be closer to you. In this instance, an adorable doggo started hugging a journalist that went to the animal shelter to write a story about the dogs there and literally wouldn't let go. He basically said, "I choose you, you're my human."

This video is so heartwarming and wholesome because you can tell that the dog is so honest about it (unlike cats, who are sneaky about everything). This is the perfect doggo content that we love to see, happy, uplifting, and a little bit ridiculous. We hope that we get a follow-up story about how they're doing together in their forever home.     It was probably really cute at first, then it went to serious, then the consideration of what to do and if he has the space for a dog in his house and/or apartment. If a doggo did this to us, we're not sure we'd be able to resist either!

    Look at that face! He's saying "Please take me new dad, pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease I'll lay on your lap every day until the end of time." That's not a face you can say no to. Unfortunately for us, all dogs have that face.

Even with that policy I STILL took in a stray that found me on my job site and would not leave me, even chased after my truck down the road when we left for lunch. She chose me I had no other option. Best dog I've had

He was with four other men doing inspections at a low income housing complex in KC, MO and a puppy in one of the tenets apartments picked my husband and followed him everywhere. The tenent said she was getting rid of the dog and so my husband said he will take her and came the next day and got her and brought her home. She is 15 years old
