There is a certain breed of adult who acts so dramatic when they smell weed on the street. They act as if one unpleasant smell is going to ruin their entire day, which is just ridiculous. If you live in a major city in America, you are probably going to smell weed at some point when you're out and about. It's not going to kill you, and it's certainly not the worst smell you can encounter in public. Of course, I don't approve of smoking in buses or trains, but smoking outside is incredibly benign.
One dork decided he wouldn't stand for the casual use of the devil's lettuce in NYC anymore. While running through Central Park, he spotted some teens smoking pot and decided to teach them a lesson. Luckily he didn't call the cops but instead tried to discourage them from smoking through a unique rhetorical tactic. Spoiler alert: it probably didn't work.
