Unfortunately, people are far more sensitive and far less capable of constructive criticism. Especially when deep down they know that said criticism is the truth.

In the introductory part, I heard a little more about the company, their clients and the way the teams are deployed. Also, I said a few words about my background and they weren't interested in anything else about my experience other than that... One of the interviewers even commented that my CV was "mile long" (even though it only has 2 pages in bullet point format) and that after he unpreparedly examined it at the beginning of the call itself. Many employees from the HR sector have praised my CV countless times, so this comment from the point of view of a technical person is not authoritative.
- Then they moved on to the technical part where they asked me various questions that were mostly intended as if they were from a Backend Developer point of view with a focus on Magento. What was very unpleasant was the way the interviewer participated in the conversation and the lack of basic culture towards the candidate - every time she would interrupt me with a question after I started to answer her questions (many of which were asked by heart without any meaning). An even more comical situation was when she repeatedly repeated the question "What is swap memory?" although I answered previously that it is part of the reserved memory that is provided when the RAM runs out. Apparently that answer was not enough for her and this reminded me of my school days when the teacher persistently insists on her way after not getting a "word for word" answer... I tried to turn this situation into a joke so I laughed without any intention to devalue someone. One small tip is to push people a little towards the answer (that is, to direct them), and not just ask and wait for a clear answer. Many of us are self-taught and even when we have been using a certain thing for many years, it may happen that we do not know the name of the same thing at that moment. Somehow, during the entire conversation, you could see that the interlocutor had a few more words to add every time I spoke or asked something. I think they should work a little on who interviews candidates because there is no HR team and staff in charge of initial introductions.

However, since I had already found a new job in the meantime, I was not able to continue with the further selection process, so I informed them in a timely manner. Certainly, the main reason why I applied to this company is the CEO who showed professionalism during our communication and gave me the opportunity to re-enter the selection process for the position that was advertised back in January. The advice to all candidates is to think carefully about applying to this company because it is very possible that you will end up in an unpleasant situation unless someone else interviews you.
