TikTok can be a strange strange place, filled with random videos that can make you feel a roller coaster of emotions. However, the app is also filled with lots of helpful videos where you can learn a thing of two.

Recently, Brittany Bauknight, a woman on TikTok, came to the rescue of woman struggling in the dating world. She shared two checklists that she always goes through before letter herself catch any feels for a guy she's seeing. She calls it the “Does he? Is he?” game, which helps you figure out of he's riddled with red flags or blossoming with green flags.

For the green flag check list, you check every box that you think applies to him. Make sure you really think about it though, don't go easy on him! Then count how many boxes have been checked. If only 1-10 boxes where checked, “RUNNN!!!” If 10-20 boxes were checked “you can do better.” If 20-30 boxes where checked, “he's got potential.” And if he got 31 or more checked boxes then “Don't F this up!!!”

For the red flags check list, it's basically the same thing but you want less boxes checked rather than more. So if he only got 1-10 boxes check then “maybe give him a chance. If he got 10-20 boxes check then ”keep an eye on him." If he got 20-30 boxes checked, “girl, are you okay??” And if he got 31 or more boxes checked… “RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!!”

Red Flags checklist:

“My dreams to help women discover their worth is being fulfilled!” Bauknight says in another video she posted after the video of her checklist went viral. She says she is currently going through her own healing journey after a messy and painful breakup and is trying to find her “peace.” The lists are not just a silly dating game for women to play to judge men, it helps women keep their self-worth and standards high. No more settling for toxic men, ladies!
