You know what? Taking care of ourselves is a lot harder than we make it out to be. I don't think I know a single person who successfully balances leisure time, personal care, sleep, and working five days a week. Something has to give, especially among those who have families to care for as well.
However, some things are more of a no-brainer than others. Finding time to clean the house top to bottom can seem like a big hurdle to get over, but making a sandwich to take into work the next day is not that hard.
This is probably why we shouldn't be surprised that there is at least one Twitter user who does not appear to be acquainted with the idea of lunchboxes. Recently, @ibogost complained that he didn't understand how other people sorted out a lunchtime routine at work, claiming the main options were spending up to 40 whole dollars buying food, or bringing something unsatisfying and microwavable.
It wasn't long before the replies were schooling him on basic meal ideas. Let's be honest, the real enemy here is figuring out what to eat for dinner once you get home.
