A lot of our lives are determined by the things we value the most. If that happens to be money, we might get rich if we're lucky, but this could be at the expense of others, and our relationships. If family is the most important thing, then we might spend a lot of time building our relationships with relatives — but we might forget to put ourselves first sometimes. Every decision we make comes at a price that might lead to regret in some ways, so it's often just easier to invest in something that's a lot more low stakes. Like memes, for instance. Maybe it is a bad idea to stake it all on silly little pictures, but at least the only one that we're jeopardizing while doing it is ourselves. It's comforting, it can be done in small doses, and it expands our minds with entertainment. Kinda. Anyway, here are some more memes to work on that theory.
