We are sorry to report that there are still dudes out there who assume men are experts in literally everything and women don't know what they're talking about, even if it's their job. Unfortunately for the main character in u/Terrible-Fix-9798's story, OP was part of a tech support staff that was almost entirely women. The rude male karen, unsatisfied with OP's expertise, kept asking for a different manager until he finally snapped and demanded to speak to a man, specifically. Well, there was one man in the staff, but probably not a bigot's first choice. Keep scrolling for some malicious compliance at its best.
“I'm just happy to get a human on the line these days” said u/CialisForCereal.
“Same I want to pull my hair out talking to automated systems” said u/Secure-Priority7111.
"I'm sorry, sir, but we don't actually use penises in the repair process." said u/calypsopub.
“Wait, that's not what un-f*ck it means?!” replied u/NightWatcher13.
“I worked in a seafood market that was CF-family owned and my boss was a gal too! Her dad was involved, but she was very much the boss. She and her 2 sisters both worked on the boat with their dad. Awesome family. Was a great job.” said u/Swiss_Miss_77.
“'Oh, I'm sorry, only Lisa, Beth, and Mary know how to fix that. Good luck at the next place you call.' *hang up*” added u/brianbrianbrian.
