Home to Meow City's roughest and toughest criminals, Meowkers Prison is situated on an island off the shore of the city, directly facing the illustrious Fur Baby Museum that so many of the prison's many cat burglars have tried, and failed, to rob. While this wasn't planned, it definitely contributes to why the kitty convicts of Meowkers are some of the most miffed meow meows in the prison system.

This is especially true for the cat burglars, of which Meowkers boasts some of the most notorious thieves in the whole of Meowlandia! For instance, the wild west bandit known as The Cowboy Kitten, who somehow managed to steal an entire town out west, sewers and all, remains in solitary, where he's been since his first day in Meowkers, for stealing the warden's hat.
