'She... demanded I be "banned for life"': Snowboarding teen tells a Karen to 'call the land owners'

This woman was incensed that a teenager would dare to snowboard around her, but she didn't know who she was speaking to. Snow sports can be a great source of entertainment during the winter months. Instead of being cooped up inside, you can head to a ski slope or mountainous area and strap on your skis or snowboard. It's a wonderful way to get some fresh air, exercise, and adrenaline. Naturally, many trails for snowboarding or skiing are public areas — you have to share the space. This Karen apparently hasn't heard of the concept. Instead, she was furious that a teenager dared to snowboard within her vicinity. 

Luckily, the teenage OP, u/Secret_Life_Shh totally got back at the woman who was bothering her. The OP wrote her story to the r/pettyrevenge subreddit: as she tells it, the issue arose because she was constantly snowboarding, but some neighbors in the area kept insisting "kids" like her shouldn't be on the slopes. It's weird that they'd target the OP for this — don't they know that children can participate too? While they should have their own separate area to practice, many places separate skiers and snowboarders by skill level. 

The neighbors continued to be annoyed at the OP's presence, so she started taking a cheaper board and sledding elsewhere. Even that wasn't enough for the Karen, who kept on nagging the poor teen.
