You spend enough of your time looking at screens and you start to feel kind of wrong when you have a spare minute that you're not looking at them. This is a very obvious observation, I know, but it feels like a revelation when you're separated from your phone for the first time in a while. These things form so much of our opinions, personality, hobbies.

Memes have a big part to play in all of these, too, as well as being one of the most powerful entities of entertainment since color TV became a thing. It's got to the point where seeing one prompts a kind of Pavlovian response to the possibility that hours of mindless scrolling are soon to follow.

We can't deny that it feels good, even when maybe it's not the best thing for us. So, here are a few more memes to give that sense of satisfaction.
