If you currently work in an office job, then you can totally relate to the stress and pressure that comes into play whenever a tricky client comes along to stir the pot. One man on Reddit shared a post explaining the office drama he's currently involved in – and how uncomfortable it has made him. The client he's dealing with simply doesn't want to provide necessary information even though these details are required in order to move forward. Without getting these details from the client, the Redditor would be neglecting his company's standard operating procedure.
After trying to urge the client to provide their details, the client became super offended. They ended up going over the Redditor's head to his boss to complain about him. Ultimately, the client turned a mole hill into a mountain. Although the Redditor believes his boss is supportive of him, the director above them both is incredibly upset about how everything has panned out. The client sent a lengthy email criticizing the Redditor's office behavior leaving him to wonder whether or not it was right for him to stand his ground and continue asking for his clients information.
