Cute And Comedic Congress Of Owls: 16 Pics And Memes Of Hootastic hilarity

Fun fact: one of the many words for a group of owls is a 'congress'. But why? It all started eons ago, when the goddess Owlthena still roamed the world, giving knowledge to those mortal creatures that would accept it. Of all the creatures she asked, only two accepted her knowledge, the hoomans, and the aeronautic avian species known as owls.

The hoomans used their knowledge to become the apex predators during the day, while the owls took a less feather-ruffling approach, and created a congress of owls to deliberate what to do. They knew if they took a similar approach as the hoomans, they would eventually run out of food, so they decided to only hunt at night so that during the day, all the multitudes of mice and other prey could multiply, ensuring a neverending food supply for owlkind.
