Welcome class, and please sit down. We were told that for many of you, this is your first foray into the Fur Baby Museum's spectacular Historium, where archives of all recorded events that ever happened in Meowlandia are kept. Today we will be accessing a very important archive, that holds records of the first meeting of the Canine-Feline Alliance, which was the first time in history that delightful doggos and fangtabulous felines worked together.
As you saw in this wonderfully choppy black-and-white video, the Derplandian ambassador and the Meowlandian ambassador worked together to strengthen the ties between their lands, all in order to face their common enemy, the Bathdom of Tublandia, who wished to shampoo and groom each and every one of their nations' citizens.

Elegant ambassadors
Depicted are the Meowlandian and Derplandian ambassadors who formed the alliance and maintained throughout The Great Bath War, which lasted twenty years. A few years after their alliance's victory, they retired and their grandchildren took over their seats.

Taking after the camaraderie that the alliance created, later generations of Derplandian and Meowlandian students would work together as a family to help route out the remnant of a virus created by the scions of the Tublandian royals, which sought to solve the grooming problem once and for all by causing all animals to lose their fur.
