When you're planning an extended vacation, any mindful adult considers what they'll do with their pet and what they need to do to prepare their animal for their absence. Careful pet owners know that having a dog means that you need to be on top of the details, like their vaccinations, before leaving the state or the country. One Karen recently proved to be the most unprepared pet owner in the vet clinic when she tried to skip the 20 person waiting list after procrastinating too long to make an appointment. With her dog unfit to travel because of his dated vaccine records, Karen tried to cut the line of other, more responsible, pet owners in order to have everything tied up before her vacation. But when she bullied the phone receptionist, she was in for a reality check on how the waiting list actually works.
