The Cat's Out Of The Bag: Getting A Pet Without Your Partner's Consent Justifies Retaliation

If there's one thing to know about relationships, it's that they require compromise. We have all heard the saying, "it takes two to tango", and it's true. If one partner makes one wrong move, the other will end up tripping, and all of a sudden you're both on the floor unable to get back up. So, the tango, just like relationships, require team work; agreeing what food to order for dinner, deciding if and how many kids you want to have, compromising on what pets you will invite into the family. In successful relationships, compromising is just what's natural.

Now let's talk about an unsuccessful relationship. One where the couple fell flat on their butts during the turning section. Picture this: knowing his partner and his partner's dog hate cats, a man brought home a cat without consulting his girlfriend with whom he has twins with. When his girlfriend returned the cat to the shelter, he turned to Reddit to find out if he was in the wrong. Turns out he definitely is.
