Remember that show Kids Say the Darnedest Things from back in the ‘90s? Well, it’s 2023 and we need a new show that caters to the millennials' version of parenting silly youngins. Hear us out: Dogs Do the Darnedest Things—ehhh??? We think we're onto something here. Our first clip? Definitely sweet Lulu below.
Lulu came into the life of Kyndal in the most peculiar and silliest way. She posted videos of the entire encounter from start to finish on her social media accounts. She had awoken at around 6AM because she heard some strange noises coming from her bathroom. Currently, the bathroom was unfinished and under construction, so there was no reason for anybody to be using it, especially that early in the morning. She finally got the courage to go and check it out, and what she found she was not expecting in the slightest.
She peeks in and finds two glowing eyes and a sloppy lil tongue. After letting her brain adjust to the situation, she realized that was a dog's head peaking out through a hole in the floor. She approached with caution, but quickly realized that this was just a sweet lil pup who had gotten themselves into quite a pickle.
She called her boyfriend for help, but in the meantime, she made sure the doggo in distress wasn't choking, and then provided her with some water and much needed pets to the head. Eventually, she was able to wiggle her hands between the hole and the dog and unlatch the collar that seemed to be the reason the doggo was stuck in the first place.
Her boyfriend then went under the house, into the crawlspace that led to the bathroom and called to the dog, which she happily came to him. How the pup got into that crawlspace and then her head into that hole, they have no idea. But they were happy to have got her out of the uncomfortable and confusing situation.
But the story doesn't end there!

The dog was the sweetest from the beginning and it was clear that she had a loving home somewhere out there. Also, she had a collar on, so that was also a very clear indication that she already belonged to someone else. Though Kyndal, the rescuer, said she wish she could keep the pup, but she knew, instead, that she had to work hard at finding this lil baby's home.
In the meantime, she kept the pup comfortably in her garage, separate from her own dog and the construction going on inside her home. She provided her with a doggy bed, food, water, and, of course, lots of lovin'. She continued to post updates on the status of the pup and her search for the doggo's real furever home.
Thankfully, before the day even ended, they were able to find the owners. It turns out that the sweet pup's name is Lulu and “her favorite food is cheese.” There had been a storm, and she must have gotten spooked and run out of her home. How she came upon the entrance to the crawlspace under her home and then proceeded to get her head stuck in a hole in the bathroom floor, is still a mystery—but hey, dogs do the darnedest things, right?? (Sorry, I really want this show to happen…)
Anyways, Lulu is as happy as a peach now and reunited with her furever family. Kyndal and her boyfriend say that she is welcome back whenever she would like, but they'd prefer if she used the front door next time.
