American Girl dolls are known for their inclusivity, they want every little girl who loves dolls to feel like she is part of this beautiful community.

One of the dolls that helps include people with disabilities in the wholesome world of dolls, has a wheelchair—a great way to show little girls who also have wheelchairs that they are part of a community.

Funny thing about this doll wheelchair currently, however, is that it has become a black cat named Octavia's favorite toy. The cat mom posted the video of her smol feline friend obsessed with her American Girl doll wheelchair and she jokingly asks the question, “is Octavia ableist or an ally?”

People who use wheelchairs have flooded the comment section assuring that Octavia IS an ally. Perhaps a “mischievous” one, but also a cute one.

One person commented, “ambulatory wheelchair user here, and i vote in favor of ally. mischievous ally though.” Another said, “As a full time wheelchair user she a 100% ally.” A person who used a walker for a bit added, “I was on a Walker for a little bit and my cat loves it. She rides around on it all the time and goes crazy for it. [LOL] ally?”
