    Font - PandemicTimes. 1 hr. ago If county HR gives you an exit interview, feel free to light em up. If your really want to hit em, use HR lingo. Lack of mentorship, underutilized in my position, hostile work culture, one-way communication, punished for taking initiative, etc. Otherwise congrats on getting out before they crushed ALL of your will to live.

    Font - Gertrudethecurious 2 hr. ago Good luck at your new job. I would have been honest and told them why you were leaving. It doesn't benefit you now but truth is better in the long run. Reminds them of what they are missing out on by letting you go.
