Happy Friday, friends, and welcome back to the most wholesome, pawsitive and sweetest thing you will see the internet. It's time to meet the newly adopted faces of the week!
Week by week, we bring you guys a brand new collection of the most wholesome and heartwarming cat adoption stories on of the week. We do it because seeing kitty cats find their forever homes is the one thing that is guaranteed to make any cat person like us smile.
As we always every week, we would like to say thank you to every single person who adopted this week. And an extra special shout out goes to those of you who adopted the "impurrfect" cats that require a little more love and care - the senior cats, the sick cats, the rehomed cats, and more. They might not always be the easiest to take care of, but it will certainly be worth it. We wish you all many happy and healthy years with your new furrever friends!

"His name is Marley, he's 7 months old. I've never owned a cat before. He's extremely shy, as I volunteer at the shelter so I was able to get to know him a bit before adopting. I was told I was the only person he'd climb onto. I love him"
"We approached a T-intersection on the road as the car in front of us drove away we saw this little bundle of joy right underneath where the car was seconds before. My GF didn't wait for emergency brakes, jumped out of the car and picked her up. We went to the vet asap, approx. 4 weeks old, her eye is fine. We went back several times but no mother cat or siblings to be found. [The second picture] show(s) her 2 days later after she calmed down, start to eat and got comfy with us. She is the size of our palms. We adopted her.
Meet Malkata (which translates to „the small one" as we rescued her form the streets in bulgaria)"
"2-ish months I posted on this sub about an orphaned 4 week old kitten I adopted from a farm. On pick up we discovered she had 6+ open wounds and an infestation of maggots. We rushed her to an emergancy vet where she stayed for 72 hours and was also treated for 3 large infected wounds, got over a dozen stitches and a large stapled bandage.
I am SO SO happy the report that IGGY has made a FULL RECOVERY! Her recovery was smooth and by the time had all her stitches, bandages and staples removed (about two weeks ago) she wasted no time catching up on running, jumping and exploring to her hearts content. She is now so energetic I'm having trouble keeping up!
I want to thank everyone for they're well wished and thoughtfulness. Your support helped me immensely when her condition was so unknown.
Here are some before and after photos for you all to see how far she's come."
