July 31st is a crucial day in the Harry Potter fandom. Today is Harry's birthday, and if you go by the canon of the books, that means he's turning 43 today! Harry's birthday has a lot of significance in the series because his 11th birthday is the first day he's properly introduced to the wizarding world via Hagrid's bombastic entrance.
