One of the biggest questions on a career working person's mind is: Can you actually trust your upper management? It's truly unknown. You could totally vibe with your boss and all your managers and feel totally comfortable and professional. Then BAM they trick you into doing something that isn't in your job description, with no extra pay or training, and then when you inevitably fail, you get in trouble and all of a sudden no one is there to have your back.
