    Font - Last period of the day today I found out a group of female students pulled up another girl's shirt, threw her bookbag in the trash, and started spreading rumors about her to the other classes. The girl ran out of my class in tears before another teacher ran into the bathroom to comfort.

    Font - When the teacher exited I was informed of the events that happened, and as I was walking into my classroom I said "that ain't gonna fi in happen in my class".

    Font - As I talked to my students I informed them of the dangers of bullying, and the consequences of their actions. I did not name any of the bullies by name, but you could tell they knew.

    Font - I know it was unprofessional of me, but that kind of stuff makes my blood boil. I'm just wondering how screwed I am.

    Font - I work at a small private school, but a lot of our students come from disadvantaged backgrounds. Any advice y'all could give would be really helpful.

    Font - Edit: thank you to everyone who took the time to comment. For every one person who said I didn't do enough, that I was a b for questioning if what I did was right, or that I shouldn't be a teacher there were hundreds of others saying I was justified given the situation.

    Font - She was wearing basketball shorts and was trying to prove a point that the boys could walk around showing their underwear in bball shorts but she would get yelled at but no one said anything so she decided to drop her pants to her knees to get a reaction.

    Font - she needed. No one ever told on me and I didn't call out the students who also dropped f-bombs. Ended up turning it around. Great student, and as an eighth grader started helping the younger grades. I gave her a huge hug at graduation.

    Font - it wasn't the first time. No way I would complain about a teacher saying a naughty word when I need to complain about a f ing kid disrupting my child's class on the daily and not getting suspended for it.

I sat at the back of the classroom while a movie was on so I could keep an eye on the kids, and looked over an hour into the movie to see the kid next to me with his pants around his knees
