Tumblr Thread: Momma Cat Adopts Lynx Cub And Raises It Alongside Her Kitten, Making An Unusual But Delightful Feisty Feline Family

We all know how difficult it is to be parents - even those of us who are not parents ourselves. But… do not underestimate how difficult it is to be cat parents as well. And no, no, we're not talking about us, cat owners, we're talking about actual cat moms. They have a hard job to do. Many tasks to complete to make sure that their tiny little fluffballs are ready to go conquer the big world. Cat moms have to teach their kittens so many things - cat moms teach their kittens how to walk, cat moms teach their kittens how to go downstairs, cat moms even teach their kittens how to drink, because if you're not careful, water can go up your nose in the most unpleasant manner. 

Now, take all of that, but turn the kitten into a lynx cub, and that's the story we have for you today. An amazing cat mom took this lynx cub under her paw and raised it alongside her own kitten, and listen to us when we tell you… these are some of the cutest photos that you will ever see.

    Amazingly enough, despite their differences, they really do look like they fit. We think it was an incredible idea to try to integrate this huge baby wild cat with this mom and kitten. It both gave this little lynx a second chance to live and thrive and created this adorable little iconic family that we will never forget.
