One of the more well known feline behaviours or moods if will you will, is facetiousness. Which, describes the state of not being serious about a serious subject, in an attempt to be funny or to appear clever. A classic situation that many a paw-rent and cat lover have some across in their time. And today in honour of hump day we figured it would be a great time to celebrate this behaviour and bring it with us into the rest of the week. It can help you get through that long and tedious meeting you have been dreading and are ill-prepared for, or even that performance review you have been putting off. Facetiousness is our feline's way of getting through the less desirable moments of day-to-day life.

Whether that means pulling awkward faces when their paw-rent is trying to take a photo of them, or when they realize they are wrong in the middle of an argument (a rare sighting), or they mischievously steal food from our plates.
