It might not quite feel like it yet, but fall is just around the corner. For those of us in the Northern Hemisphere, this time of the year will never get away from having that peppy, back to school feeling. Even more so than the new year, we feel like buckling down and really making something of ourselves by being productive.

Well, maybe that's a slight exaggeration. While many people might get a burst of motivation from the thought of the leaves going brown, it often dissipates as soon as they log in to their work email. Having a job is one of the most famous dampeners on the human spirit, which is why memes love to complain about it so much. You might not be able to summon the energy to ask for that desperately needed raise, but I have no doubt you can manage a half-hearted scroll below. We're all in the same boat.
