I'm going to share something that probably won't surprise you guys: there have been times in my life when I was a loser. My most loser behavior was perhaps the year when I was obsessed with the actor Paul Dano. I had never really stanned an actor to the point where I was watching all of their movies, even the awful ones. But something about Paul Dano in the autumn of 2020 and spring of 2021 made me a bona fide superfan. I don't blame myself for engaging in that loser behavior: as we all know, a lot was happening in the world then. But it feels so good that I have enough of a life that I don't spend oodles of my free time thinking about an actor who will never know I exist.
Redditors came together to discuss loser behavior (an oxymoron, I know), and I can't help but agree with some of their examples.
