    Hey, it's exactly the things that make our animals so weird that make us love them so much. We do geckos do this? No idea, but it's adorable. Why do dogs eat our toilet paper and our cats likes sticking their butts in our faces first thing in the morning and Gary - our friggin' parrot - likes divebombing into every hot bowl of soup that we make? We don't know… but we love them.

    Bird - How can I tell if the chicks are getting enough milk? They have 3 moms raising them so it's hard to tell. I often find them up under the moms, I assume nursing, but it's hard to tell if they are growing enough.
