I love Disney, but I have some notes. I'm not one of those people who hates where the Disney brand is going (hello, $60 billion dollars towards Disney theme parks), but I think there are aspects of the brand's past that should be brought back. Mainly, I want them to start making weird live-action movies again. In the '60s and '70s, Disney made many live-action movies for kids about things like "a horse learning how to play football," and I don't know why that went away. Sure, in the '90s, they had a movie about a golden retriever playing basketball, but that was 30 years ago, and today, we've got zilch. The only Disney live-action movies that get a theatrical release anymore are remakes of their old movies, and after about a decade of that, it's starting to get old. If you want to watch a movie with a premise such as "a bird learns how to play the clarinet," these Disney memes might suit your fancy.
