Memes That Make You Feel Super Normal

It is hard to act like you're okay when you're not okay. Whenever I'm feeling absolutely insane, I try to rectify any social consequences of it by leaning into the crazy. When people ask, "How are you doing," I answer, "I am normal," which is objectively the least normal response you could possibly give to that question.

When you are not doing great, you must develop strategies to deal with it. Outside of making jokes about being totally normal, I find that having things to distract me helps me get through each day. It might not be a long-term solution to the underlying problem, but going out with friends while I'm on edge is much more helpful than hiding in my room all day. If you are one of those people who needs that alone time to feel a little more normal, these amusing memes might be a welcome distraction.
