Customer service workers deal with a lot of people who are at their wits' end. Maybe you've even been that person: you spend hours trying to fix or set up your phone or computer, and it's just not working. So finally, after exhausting all your online options, there's only one thing left to do---call up the place and speak to a real person.
This dude, u/Glenndiferous, is one of those customer service reps who specializes in phone tech care, so they know firsthand what it's like to do this job day and day out. They told the story of one woman who called up and was frustrated that her phone wasn't working. And in typical angry customer fashion, she was infuriated when she called in because her phone's Bluetooth wasn't working the way she wanted it to. It's a shame that people tend to wait until they're furiously angry to call up, because they are definitely not in the mood to listen to directions by that point!
