Money isn't everything… no, I take that back, it is everything. Money is perhaps 80% of life.
People who already have money absolutely love to tell you that "Money isn't everything." If you're a lonesome lawyer working 90 hours per week who never sees their family, like in a Hallmark movie, than I guess that makes sense. But for most of us, who already do have loving family and friends and a moral compass, having an injection of cash would make life a whole lot easier!
When you have money, you can get a nice haircut and fancy clothing, and magically, people will treat you better. You can eat foods you love, and get or stay in shape by eating fresh foods, so you'll feel better. Without money, you might have to eat more canned food or processed food, so lack of money certainly affects your health. (Not to mention insurance and medical bills!) And of course, if you have extra cash, you can travel, afford a nice car, and have bonus money put aside so you won't have to worry about your finances 24/7. So no, money isn't literally everything, but it will improve any part of your life. Just please don't stand there making seven figures a year while you tell the rest of us that money makes no difference in life.
