The company would state we decided to go in another direction or we are r

I recently was contacted by a recruiter offering me 20% more than I was making and loads of benefits I declined. My company hired 4 new IT workers at 30% less then what my co-workers were making. I have no proof but I believe these companies are working together to get rid of employees they don't want to fire because they don't want to deal with severance pay in my contract there is a cause I don't get s

Font - Quanta Debacle • 23h Any company that tells someone they have a job then tells that person to put in their 2-weeks then doesn't actually give said person said job should be required to pay that person the equivalent of at least one year of the salary they would've made in the position, imo. I'm sure there would be a lost wages case here anyways, but I don't know the specifics. ... 220

Font - ascandalia 1d It would be great, but our laws and culture are shockingly pro employer. I'm an engineer in management and I've never met anyone with an employment contract. Best we usually get is an offer letter which is 100% revocable. We can also have our schedule or responsibilities changed for no reason and can be fired for no reason. 4105
