    Font - CEO gave huge speech about how fantastic and dedicated we all were and how much extra money we had made over the last 3 years and how much the company was growing thanks to our 'voluntary' overtime efforts.

    Font - 2 months later (start of new financial year) we get notified that our productivity is the worst it's ever been and they are now introducing stringent KPI measures to encourage a good work ethic. Almost everyone quit that year except the few lifers who were close to retirement.
