Font - Billibadijai 9 hr. ago If they do a 50% reduction on your salary, you can probably do 50% less in your job. And while you still hold this job, you can get another remote job and get more income. 101 Reply Share

Font - throwtheclownaway20 11 hr. ago If you're hourly, then that. Work stops when you clock out and begins only when you clock in. I went on vacation once and when my boss said, "We'll try not to call you," I told them any call I get from them is getting replied to with a video clip of me watching that go to voicemail.

Font - Belsnickel213.9 hr. ago Your boss can't do anything and HR will just laugh at him. Let him have his tantrum and just watch on. It'll be entertaining at least.

Font - rskpomg 4 hr. ago If they don't pay you full salary and your contract does not mention on call requirements from you as employee. Send a legal notice That's enough to create enough impact

Font - grengrad 12 hr. ago So, you responding on Sunday's is worth half your pay, eh? Sounds like you should only work Sunday for half of your salary, and take Mon-Sat off. By your boss's logic that seems fair. 762 Reply Share
