• The American dream has shifted a lot of the centuries, but right now it's finding a healthy work environment. That doesn't just mean working you dream job, that means finding a job that is not only fulfilling, but also fair, pays well, is professional, but also empathetic, and has room for fun. It's a rare thing these days. 

  But it's still possible and you can see that with this viral video! A company called Airway Management really had a wonderful work day when all the employees decided to collectively pull a prank on their CEO. They all came in dressed the same as him. When he arrived to work that day, the smile on his face read, “raises for everyone!” (Thats to be seen thought…) Plus, the laughter it caused all of the employees to have that day was worth any sort of HR trouble they could've gotten in .
