Welcome to the modern era! Flying cars might not be the regular on the roads like humans hope for back in the day, but technology has advanced well beyond our wildest dreams. Now, we have the internet. *Cue angels singing and sun peaking out through the clouds* Now, with the internet, everything is made to be more convenient, like shopping, communicating, and even banking. (Yes, there are also many many negatives to the internet, but don't get me started on that…) One online banker seemed to get a customer who was not only stuck in the technology of the past, but distrustful of the present. Why did he sign up for an online bank? Unclear. But he did and now he demanded information that he need ASAP. Unfortunately, he called passed 5pm and also, since it's online only and he refuses to go online, he wouldn't be able to get anything mailed to him until the earliest the next day. When the customer service rep explained this to him, he demanded his information and paperwork be sent to him via drones. Yep, you heard that right. He doesn't trust the internet, but he wants a drone to deliver his banking information to him… The phone rep was left speechless. And honestly, I get it, I'm flabbergasted with this man's logic.
