Is anyone else relieved that Thanksgiving is over? It's probably an unpopular opinion, but I think it would be nicer to spend an evening at home with my cat instead of sharing a turkey with a room full of hoomans. Sure, the kitty isn't very talkative (unless you consider the occasional brreeeoooow or breathless mew as 'talking'), but my cat is better company than a room full of family members any day.

Purrhaps cats can never replace our cousins and aunties, but they'll always be a part of the family.
