'The bar is so low for fathers.' : Wife Slams Door on Entitled Husband After He Refuses to Put Kids to Bed and Belittles Her

As a mom, we sometimes need some time away from our families and the general chaos of being married with kids, right? This week this Reddit user asked her husband to watch the kids for the day while she went out shopping which he happily did. On her return she was exhausted and wanted to shower and eat, so asked him if he could put them to bed to. He replied with 'no you do it, i've had them all day.'

This stay at home mom, who spends every day with the children was stunned at this response and asked him if he 'wanted a trophy' for spending the whole day with his kids. She then took to Reddit to ask users if she was in the wrong as the kids can be a handful.
