Correct me if I'm wrong but aren't marriages supposed to be a union? You know, almost like a team where both partners come together, combining their strengths and working towards a common goal. Once you say 'I do', you say 'yes' to making decisions together for the greater good of the entire family… right?
In an ideal world, yes. When two people marry, they join forces to create something together, be it birthing kids or buying property. This means that big choices, like where to live, how to manage money or make decisions about kids, should always be made together. It's not about making one person happy, but about finding a compromise to ensure that everyone is content.
This brings me to today's story. I recently stumbled upon this Reddit thread that tells the story of a very selfish mother who went against her family's wishes and adopted a new kid into the family. Not only that, but the kid is older than her real kid. Yeah, let that sink in. Have a read for yourself and let us know your thoughts in the comments below!
