When it comes to wooing a woman with words, it takes more than just shouting a compliment at her. You must choose your words AND timing correctly. I was suffering from a broken heart, and a friendly acquaintance came up to me, asked what was wrong, so I told him. He looked at me confused, so I asked, "what?"
