Let's be honest…diet-based New Year resolutions are one of the most common goals one can set. I'm not calling you basic if you're joining a gym and cutting down on sweets this coming January; I'll reserve that judgment for December 2024. Honestly, scratch that. I'm not one to judge anybody on their failed diets because, nutritionally, I'm a disaster. I sustain my lifeblood on Diet Coke, mango ice cream, hot dogs, and a delicious everything bagel pastry, and that's the gospel truth. I am riding the high of my early twenties body, which is a ride that's bound to end eventually. Instead of trying all the bold and exciting foods the world offers, I keep it consistent.
