Talk about starting 2024 on the wrong foot! It feels like there are a million ways for a horrible boss to anger and frustrate their employees, but even those of us here at FAIL Blog understand that sometimes there is no other choice and hard decisions have to be made. That being said, choosing to enforce mandatory meetings two hours early every single day where everyone has to stand does not feel like a decision that needed to be made.
This thread was posted to Reddit by u/Classic-Dog8399, who described his CEO's so-called morale-boosting change. Well, as one might expect, this employee's morale did not increase. In fact, he now has zero desire to stay at the company and endure this backward idea for two hours each morning. Even in this economy, there is almost certainly another job out there for OP where he does not have to deal with that nonsense.
