This morning someone at work made the "I haven't seen you since last year!" joke, and that officially kickstarted 2024 for me.

Each new year that comes I make ridiculous and completely unrealistic New Year's resolutions that I manage to follow for about a month before I give up and go back to my boring old self again. Well, this year I've decided that no more! I am going to buckle up, do the unthinkable, and make absolutely no New Year's resolutions. I am going to love myself for who I am and not try to change any part of me. Honestly, I think It's going to be even harder than trying to improve myself over and over. Then again, suddenly "accepting myself" sounds a lot like a resolution to me.
