Isn't it funny when a CEO finally chooses to treat his employee well after she quits? Everyone seems to turn a blind eye to the teasing and mocking and inappropriate behavior, but when mistreated employees finally stand up to their horrible bosses and call them out, suddenly the senior employees start to care.
This thread was posted to Reddit by u/DifferenceSuch7124, who explained how she had been teased and mocked by their CEO relentlessly over the way she dresses (red flag!). When the company had a rough quarter, the CEO gave an unconvincing "motivational speech" and OP's muted reaction resulted in a warning from management. That was the last straw for OP, who then decided to put in their letter of resignation. Of course, that's when the CEO tried to be a good person at the last minute by giving her a silly bouquet of roses, but it was too late.
