Woman Feeds A Hungry Cat A Piece Of Trader Joe's Salmon, Now The Cat Refuses To Leave Her Alone And She's Freaking Out

As we often say in the cat world: the cat distribution system works every single day. Really, it's just a question of when the system will be applied to you. You never know when a cat might choose you. You could be going on a walk and a kitten comes running and screaming at you, and before you know, you're bringing the kitten home. It could be that a cat simply shows up on your porch because it decided that it doesn't feel like living outside and taking care of itself anymore, and what do you know- you're suddenly adopting it.

And it could be that… you're living your regular life, going to Trader Joe's, a hungry-looking cat shows up in front of you, and your heart simply cannot take seeing it, so you give it a little piece of Salmon. Fast forward, you're suddenly buying the cat fancy food hoping that it will get better.

That's really all that it takes sometimes. Some cats are so ready to be helped, so ready to be given love, that all you need is to give them one tiny bit of attention - the barest hint of affection, and they will follow you until the end of time, whether you wanted that to happen or not.

And you know what? Unexpected and unwanted as this situation might have been for this person, they still did they right thing and helped the cat. Not that they had a choice. As it is well known, once the cat distribution system chooses you, there is absolutely nothing you can do but accept it.
