Whenever I housesit somewhere, I have to take my own pillow because without it I don't sleep well. It got rid of my shoulder pain and made waking up easier. And now when I sleep on a mattress I feel infinitely grateful for my bed when I get back to my own place.

I feel like that's cleared up so much misinformation I was probably exposed to and has educated me more about skin health and maintenance.

It's exactly where it should be, which means it's invisible to me, and I will not think about it until my teeth are wearing little sweaters. Toothbrush in the shower? Huh, weird, you don't live here. But since I'm already in the shower doing all this other stuff and you're right here, might as well brush my teeth real quick.

    cat_muffin 5 hr. ago . don't watch news. Research only about the stuff that impacts you DIRECTLY, like if there is a change in taxes or higher minimum wage soon etc. Nothing catastrophic. I used to watch news + political discussions to stay informed almost everyday, and it worsened my mental health. Ever since I am focusing on my day-to-day stuff, I experience way less "Weltschmerz" (anxiety/sadness about world's problems). Highly recommend, really. Also, go outside. Even if its just for a minut

    ireally likeladybugs . 8 hr. ago Warm liquids hydrate you even better than cold ones! I get really easily dehydrated from my meds which leads to constipation and bloating, but I'm horrible at drinking enough water. Now I just drink hot tea all day! Works even better and it's much tastier
