Six months is a century in the retail industry, particularly for a store that is in high demand and experiences a lot of foot traffic all day long. To put things in perspective, OP works as an ordinary salesperson and is overseen by a store manager and shift lead. However, for unknown reasons, OP found himself in the center of a manager-on-manager feud.
