'[He] had a great idea on how to fix the flood': Upstairs neighbor deals with flooded kitchen in the weirdest possible way

Thinking outside the box is this neighbor's specialty. 

What's the worst thing your neighbor's ever done? Mine have stolen package after package, knowing they wouldn't get caught in a building with dozens of apartments. Even installing cameras hasn't helped much. Other people have issues with their neighbors parking in front of their houses. Some drivers simply do not care if their massive trucks are blocking the sidewalk. Then there are neighbors who seem to have the cops on speed dial, ready to call up the moment someone starts a party on a Saturday afternoon or dares to let their kids play outside. 

This person's story really takes the cake, though. U/rey0505 has a "Kevin" (aka someone who is always completely clueless) for an upstairs neighbor. Being the downstairs neighbor sure does come with its challenges. You can often hear your upstairs neighbor as they plod around the house, play their favorite tunes, or watch TV at a frightful volume. Somehow, this Kevin managed to make all those issues look like child's play.

    As you can see, no day with him as a neighbor is a boring day, this is maybe the third stupidest thing that he has done, but if he left, I would kind of miss him.
